The Full Story
I was born and raised in Ohio where I got a degree in Business and Hospitality and moved to Texas soon after that because I'm just not built for cold weather! My nostalgia for ice cream comes from getting ice cream every Sunday in the summer for dinner with my family. This was only cemented further by working in our local ice cream parlor as my first job. The whole place was the size of a large bedroom and only had 2 tables but, the ice cream was all made on-site and the weekend lines were always long.
I actually started this adventure looking at brick-and-mortar locations but couldn't make the numbers work. 100% credit to my Dad for asking, "could you put an ice cream parlor in a food truck?!" I got a good deal on a shuttle bus, and thus the adventure began! Fun fact that most don't know; my Dad and I actually built out the whole bus ourselves!
Whenever people ask me why I chose ice cream for my business, I say this; "You can get ice cream to celebrate something good, or eat it when you're sad. Every day is a good day for ice cream!"

Mission
To serve every customer with "Hospitality Spirit." I want every experience with my business to be a point of delight in someone's day.
